The service here was good, the location was convenient, the room was spacious and functional, and we enjoyed being able to open the windows for fresh air during our one-night stay.

The staff at this hotel were great and very helpful and they all spoke very good English. Very accommodating. This hotel is located in the beautiful town of Leiden which we thouroughlly enjoyed and is located close to other attractions in Holland. There is also a large train station in Leiden and the AMS airport is 20 taxie ride. Wonderful experience

I was extremely dissapointed with the attitude of the front desk clerk. As a customer you want a welcoming atmosphere when you first walk into a hotel, and she didnt make feel as anything more than an inconvience.

We were lucky to get an upgraded room that was spacious and had air conditioning - so nice! The best part was the awesome location right by a bus station. It made it super convenient to get around from here.

Very nice breakfast buffet and services in general. This is a "kinder hotel" although it is not advertised as such! Ideal place for family with children.

1 hour Internet access costs 7,5 euro !! The Internet should be free - it costs nothing to the Hotel .

The location is not bad but if you plan on day trips to Amsterdam it can be very expensive as you have to pay separate bus fare and train fare to the city. If you have a car I recommend driving to the one of Amsterdam's parking areas instead. The Olympic stadium parking garage was convenient and only a 30min drive.

The hotel was overall clean with a very nice restaurant. The staff were eager to help. The location was comfortable and prime, with a bus station nearby the venue. You could walk to a market and shops.

This hotel is obviously well managed. It was very clean and the service and level of comfort were good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We were fortunate to have a room at the back of the hotel rather than one opening on to the restaurant area.

The rooms are pet-friendly and brand-new with light waking kids, so that guests have essentials. There is a lot of outstanding food for breakfast. The location is in the centre of the city. Very good service, the breakfast was super and they have a carpark if needed. All the staff is friendly efficient and is engaged to make your stay real good.
